Our Levels of Training

L1: Mindset of a survivor

1

Introductory course designed to empower teams with response confidence. This level focuses on mindset, awareness, and stress management during life-threatening incidents. 

L2: 8 minutes

2

This is where trainees put the mindset and stress management training into practice. Trainees will refine critical decision-making skills by participating in tactical response training through varying shooter scenarios. 

L3: Power of choice

3

Here, trainees learn how to identify their options and act accordingly during an active shooter shooter attack. Trainees will also learn what it takes to move forward in the wake of tragedy, and work with ONE trainers to develop an Emergency Preparedness Plan for their classrooms and school.

Triage Training

Most receptionists have little or no background in emergency planning, protection or security activities. We train your receptionists to observe, assess, and take appropriate emergency action if need be to ensure security in your facility.
