Yes, online training provides staff with the flexibility to complete training at their own pace and convenience reducing the need for in-person sessions. This not only streamlines the training process but also helps organizations reduce overtime costs, as employees can fit training into their regular schedules without disrupting workflow or requiring additional hours.

Online training equips staff with vital skills to identify potential threats, initiate lockdown procedures or make informed, response-driven decisions during emergency situations.

Our online training programs offer opportunities for interactive engagement and feedback. These programs include scenarios, quizzes, and decision-making exercises that allow staff to apply what they’ve learned.

The time it will take to complete an online course will vary depending on the specific course and the user. Most courses take 60-90 minutes to complete.

Most courses take 2-2.5 hours with the exception of our Transportation course which is usually 2.5-3 hours.  Training time varies per session based on total number of participants, staff interaction and active participation.
