Our Why
Our why is a safe return home. Just like you, we are parents, siblings, aunts and uncles. We are also trusted leaders, subject matter experts and protectors. When we leave for work in the morning, it is our duty to return home safely to our loved ones. We don’t expect to transform our trainees into specially trained law enforcement officers. We do, however, expect to aid America’s leadership in equipping their staff with battle-tested programs and practice designed to provide reliable methods on how to react during an active shooter attack.

I wanted to write to you to express my appreciation and gratitude for your commitment to student safety and training for teachers. Although I know that there are numerous other professional development opportunities that would be of extreme importance with regards to curriculum and instruction, your decisions to focus on student and staff safety is greatly appreciated.
